小諸ワイナリーに隣接する「Le Ciel」と名付けたひと続きの畑から、３品種のぶどう（シャルドネ、信濃リースリング、ソーヴィニヨン・ブラン）を同日に収穫し、一緒に搾って発酵させる “混醸”と呼ばれる製法で造りました。白桃、洋梨、グレープフルーツなどのフレッシュな果実に白い花束、セージやミントなどの清涼感のある香りなどが幾重にも重なっています。アタックにはボリューム感のある生き生きとした果実味が口いっぱいに広がります。その後綺麗な酸味が現れハーバルな印象とともに奥行きも感じられます。＊出典元：マンズワイン公式HPより
