約100年続くワイン造りの歴史を持つALPS。

2006年に誕生したワインの博物館という意味を持つトップグレードシリーズの【MdV（ミュゼ・ドゥ・ヴァン）】は、ALPSの中でも厳しい基準に達したものだけに与えられる呼称です。
そのMdVの中でもリミテッドシリーズとして認められたのが2018年の塩尻カベルネ・ソーヴィニヨン。

繊細なニュアンスで凝縮感の高いフランスや、果実感がはっきりしていてタンニンのパンチも楽しめるアメリカやチリ、また少しだけシャープな酸も楽しめるアルゼンチンなどとは少し異なり、日本の古式豊かな趣（テロワール）をしっかりと感じ取れる繊細な仕上がりです。

繊細で密度の高いタンニン、ワインにとって大切な骨格を作り出す上品な酸味、なめらかで深く豊かなチョコレートを感じさせる風味や樽熟成由来のバニラ香・・・
カベルネ・ソーヴィニヨンらしいストラクチャーをしっかり楽しめるこのワインは、大ぶりのワイングラスでゆっくりと頂きたい仕上がりとなっています。

With nearly a century of winemaking heritage, ALPS stands as one of Japan’s most respected wineries.

Its top-tier series, MdV (Musée du Vin)—meaning “Wine Museum”—was launched in 2006 and is reserved only for wines that meet the strictest standards.

Among them, the 2018 Shiojiri Cabernet Sauvignon earned its place as a rare Limited Edition, a true highlight within the MdV collection.

Unlike the bold concentration of France, the powerful fruit and tannins of the U.S. and Chile, this wine expresses something uniquely Japanese—

a refined elegance that reflects the country’s rich, traditional terroir.

Silky yet tightly woven tannins, graceful acidity that forms a solid backbone, and deep, luxurious notes of dark chocolate and oak-aged vanilla unfold beautifully in the glass.
