高ボッチ山山麓の斜面は日当たりも良く、ワイン用品種の葡萄を育てるには好条件の場所です。その地で育ったコンコードを100％使用したこの限定ワインは、コンコードらしい華やかさと軽やかでイチゴの様なブーケが広がり、ワインにとって骨格ともなる大切な酸味も上品に感じられます。
このワインは間違いなくコンコードの概念が変わる１本です。
1年あたり1000本にも満たない限定出荷の特別なワインです。

Concord, originally from the U.S., is now a signature grape of Nagano Prefecture, known for its fresh, fruity, and light wines. This limited wine is made from 100% Concord grapes grown in the Kataoka district, east of Shiojiri City, an area ideal for grape cultivation. The wine features a floral, strawberry-like bouquet and refined acidity, offering a fresh, balanced taste. A rare release with fewer than 1,000 bottles produced annually.
