ALPS MdV ダイナスティー 塩尻メルロー＆カベルネ・フラン

非常に珍しい組み合わせのワイン。明治からメルローの産地として知られる銘醸地・塩尻。きめ細かい渋みとほんのり甘やかなスパイス、そして凝縮感もしっかりあるメルローと、爽やかな香りを持ちワインとして一番大事な綺麗な酸味も併せ持つカベルネ・フラン。この２種のアッサンブラージュは非常に珍しく、チェリーやブルーベリーの豊かな香りと、ワインの骨格となる僅かな酸味、そして余韻の長い熟成香も特徴のワインです。

This is a truly rare combination. Shiojiri, a renowned winemaking region known for its Merlot since the Meiji era, produces a beautifully textured Merlot with fine tannins, subtle sweet spices, and concentrated fruit. Blended with Cabernet Franc—which brings a refreshing aroma and the bright, clean acidity so essential to a well-balanced wine—this assemblage is highly uncommon. The result is a wine with rich cherry and blueberry notes, a gentle backbone of acidity, and a long, elegant finish marked by mature aromas.
