日本国内では珍しいナイトハーベスト（夜明け前収穫）のワイン。

糖度が最高に上がった状態で収穫したソーヴィ二ヨンブランは、グラッシー＆レモンやグレープフルーツ、そして青りんごのような爽やかな香りが楽しめます。

またその奥にうっすらとハチミツ感も感じられ、まるでフランス・ロワール地方のワインかと思うような素晴らしい仕上がりと褒め称えたい気持ちになる素晴らしい仕上がりです。

＊このワインの栓には擬似コルクが使用されています。
その理由は最高に良い状態に仕上がったワインをこれ以上瓶熟成させないために、酸素を通さない完全密閉の擬似コルク栓を使用しています。
この擬似コルク栓は一般的なコルク抜き（ワインオープナー）で抜栓出来ます。

A rare example in Japan, this wine is crafted from Sauvignon Blanc harvested before dawn—so-called “night harvest”—at the peak of ripeness.

Picked at optimal sugar levels, the wine reveals classic Sauvignon Blanc character: vibrant grassy notes layered with refreshing aromas of lemon, grapefruit, and green apple.
Beneath this lively profile, a subtle hint of honey emerges, adding quiet depth and complexity.

The result is a remarkably polished expression—one that could easily be mistaken for a fine Sauvignon Blanc from France’s Loire Valley, and one that deserves genuine praise for its balance and precision.

To preserve this ideal state, the wine is sealed with a technical (synthetic) cork, designed to prevent oxygen ingress and avoid further bottle aging.
This ensures the wine retains its peak freshness and aromatic clarity.
The closure can be opened with a standard corkscrew, just like natural cork.
