長野県塩尻市内にあるALPS FARM（自社農園）にて収穫された竜眼種を使用した辛口白ワイン。MdV系とは異なり熟成をさせないことで白葡萄の持つ本来のフレッシュで芳醇な香りと、竜眼種特有のキレのいい酸味が味わえます。
また瓶熟成が進まないように敢えてのスクリューキャップ仕様にしています。この結果竜眼種の香りと味わいが長く愉しめます。
＊スクリューキャップは安いワイン用と思われがちな一面を持っているようですが、このクラスのワインには敢えてスクリューキャップにする理由があるのです。

Crafted from Ryugan grapes grown at ALPS FARM in Shiojiri, Nagano, this dry white wine offers the grape’s natural freshness and vibrant aroma by skipping the aging process. Unlike ALPS’s MdV series, it highlights Ryugan’s signature crisp acidity and lively character.
To preserve its delicate aroma and flavor, the wine is sealed with a screw cap—intentionally chosen not for cost, but for quality. This ensures its fresh profile stays intact over time.
