【黒澤 白樺ジン】
八ヶ岳といえば日本一の白樺美林と言われる国内有数の白樺の群生地。
その希少な白樺の樹液と枝葉、さらに地産のボタニカル素材を組み合わせ作り上げられてのがこの【黒澤 白樺ジン】です。

ジンといえばジュニパーベリー（杜松果）の爽やかな針葉樹らしいシャープな香りを想起させますが、この【黒澤 白樺ジン】はそれらの中に葉胡椒、梅、桑の実などが織りなす複雑な香りに、白樺の枝葉と樹液を重ねることで、マーガレットやフランネルフラワーが咲き乱れる原野の中にいる様な、優しく穏やかな香りが鼻腔をなでます。

またストレートやトゥワイスアップ、ロックやソーダ割りにすることで、各々異なる特性を楽しむことが出来ます。

Kurosawa Birch Gin

Yatsugatake is famous as one of Japan’s finest birch forest regions, often called the country’s most beautiful white birch landscape.
This gin is crafted using rare white birch sap and leaves harvested from the area, together with carefully selected local botanicals.

While classic gin is often defined by the sharp, evergreen brightness of juniper berry, Kurosawa Birch Gin takes a far more delicate and atmospheric approach.
Layers of Japanese leaf pepper, plum, and mulberry intertwine with the gentle character of birch sap and foliage, creating an aroma that feels almost like standing in a wild meadow filled with blooming marguerites and flannel flowers.

Soft, elegant, and quietly complex, the gin reveals different personalities depending on how it is served—whether neat, twice up, over ice, or with soda.
