This sake is on a whole different level! Many people tend to think that the lower the polishing ratio, the better, more luxurious, and rarer the sake—but in reality, balance is everything in sake brewing. This unfiltered, unpasteurized sake (Muroka Nama Genshu) delivers a rich umami flavor unique to this style, followed by a lychee-like aroma that gradually gives way to the full-bodied fragrance reminiscent of Sweet apples.

While this product is not Namazake (unpasteurized sake), we strongly recommend refrigerated shipping (additional fee required) to preserve its optimal quality.
