楠わいなりー自社で栽培したボルドー系黒ブドウ３種のロゼワインを瓶内二次発酵。44ヶ月の熟成を経て、2021年3月にデゴルジュマン（瓶内のガスによる澱抜きのこと）。初の本格エステート辛口ロゼスパークリングワイン、満を持してのリリースです。

A True Estate Rosé Sparkling Wine. This elegant dry sparkling rosé is made from three Bordeaux-style black grape varieties grown on the estate. Crafted using traditional bottle fermentation, it was aged for 44 months before disgorgement in March 2021. This is the winery’s very first estate-made dry rosé sparkling wine—finally released after years of careful preparation.
