「楠わいなりー」らしい醸造香（当店の酒類担当は『和テイスト』と例えています）や、軽やかな果実の中にしっかりしたスパイス感を感じることが出来るエレガントなワインです。 ピノ・ノワール特有のスミレのような香りの余韻も長く、綺麗な酸味で魚や肉はもちろん、野菜の煮物など和食との相性がとても良いです。

It opens with a distinct aromatic signature—what our in-house sommelier fondly describes as “a whisper of Wa,” a uniquely Japanese sensibility woven into the wine’s bouquet.
Light-bodied red fruits glide across the palate, followed by a gentle but confident thread of spice, lending depth without heaviness.
A violet-like aroma lingers long after the last sip, a hallmark of fine Pinot Noir, while its clean acidity pairs beautifully not just with fish and meat, but with simmered vegetables and the refined flavors of Japanese cuisine.
