長野県最北の蒸溜所「飯山マウンテンファーム蒸溜所」
オーナーのルーベン・デビッド・トライアーノ氏は、オーストラリアでウイスキー造りの経験を経て、2016年に信濃の豪雪地・飯山に「きよかわ」を設立。
その3年後に蒸溜を開始します。

この【きよかわ ジン】はボタニカル由来の野生の花々やナッツ、さらには柚子のシロップ漬けの様な滑らかで爽やかなクリーミーさもあり、長く心地よく続く余韻があります。
ハイボールにしてもその香りと美味しさは薄まることなく、ストレートやロックとはまた異なる良い心地を愉しむことができます。

Kiyokawa Gin – Crafted in Northern Nagano
At the northernmost distillery in Nagano Prefecture, Iiyama Mountain Farm Distillery, founder Ruben David Triano—who honed his craft making whisky in Australia—established “Kiyokawa” in 2016 in the snowy town of Iiyama. Distillation began three years later.

Kiyokawa Gin offers a bouquet of wildflowers and nutty botanicals, with a touch of smooth citrus—almost like candied yuzu—bringing a creamy freshness and a long, elegant finish.
Even when mixed into a highball, its fragrance and flavor remain vivid, while straight or on the rocks it reveals different yet equally delightful nuances.
