現在、数々の有力ワイナリーがその素晴らしい土地に注目している長野県塩尻市の東側に位置する【片丘】地区。
高ボッチ山の西側の斜面は日当たりも良く、ワイン用品種の葡萄を育てるには好条件の場所です。その限られた地で育ったシャルドネを100％使用したこの限定ワインは、まさにシャルドネ種らしい【その地のテロワール】を大いに反映した仕上がりです。
フレッシュな林檎、香りが高く立ち始めた洋梨のようなブーケがグラスを傾ける者を楽しませてくれます。
1年あたり1000本にも満たない限定出荷の特別なワインです。
