『吟醸香が高く、飲み心地はシャープでクリア』という印象の「美山錦」を使った豊賀純米吟醸。
この相反する両者の特徴を持ち合わせたのが、

これは本当に特別に作ってもらったものですので、完全本数限定となります。

With the generous cooperation of Takazawa Shuzoten, the celebrated brewery of Obuse, our sake buyer at Takiyahonten has finally realized something we have long dreamed of:

Toyoka Junmai Ginjo “Takiyahonten” Bespoke Edition.

Toyoka Junmai Ginjo brewed with Hitogokochi rice is known for its rich, expressive aroma and beautifully rounded texture.

Toyoka brewed with Miyama Nishiki, on the other hand, reveals a very different personality—an elevated ginjo bouquet with a sharper, cleaner and more precise finish.
Richness and clarity.
Softness and definition.
Two contrasting expressions of Toyoka, brought together in one extraordinary sake.

The result is:
Toyoka Junmai Ginjo Muroka Nama Genshu — Takiyahonten Bespoke Edition.

Muroka means it is presented without activated-carbon filtration, preserving more of its natural character.
Nama means unpasteurized, retaining its vivid freshness.
And Genshu means undiluted—bottled without the usual addition of water after brewing.

Together, they allow the sake to express its character with remarkable immediacy and intensity.
This was specially created for Takiyahonten, and production is strictly limited.
And here is what makes this release even more exceptional:
At present, there are no plans confirmed for another production next season.

So when these bottles are gone, they may truly be gone.
