日本酒度-2と酸度2.0という数値が示す通り、抜栓直後は綺麗で爽やかな酸の抜けがよく、香りの立ち上がりがとても早くシャープな印象の純米吟醸酒ですが、一晩冷蔵庫で寝かせると輪郭を保ったまま骨格が柔らかくなったような印象に移ろいでいきます。
抜栓後あまりの美味しさに一気に飲みたくなる気持ちはわかりますが、せめて半分残して一晩冷蔵庫で育ててみてください。
