宝酒造 信州シナノリップ 寶CRAFT酎ハイ

【信州シナノリップ 寶CRAFT酎ハイ】は、長野生まれの「シナノリップ」という林檎を使用したほんのり甘めであと味すっきりのチューハイです。

林檎というと「サンふじ」が有名ですが「シナノリップ」は「サンふじ」に比べて収穫量も少ない為、JA全農長野の協力のもと宝酒造とコラボレーションして商品化された特別な香り豊かなチューハイです。

ちなみに林檎というと「サンふじ」が有名ですが、サンふじは林檎シーズン最後に収穫される甘味がかなり高い林檎として知られています。
対してシナノリップは8月上旬から旬になる品種で、林檎シーズンの中では一番最初に収穫されます。
シナノリップは甘味と酸味のバランスが非常に良く生食にとても適している長野生まれの品種で、このバランスの良さがお酒にした時にとても良く合うのです。
また使われている焼酎は厳選された樽貯蔵熟成焼酎を使用しています。

Shinshu "Shinano LIP Takaracraft Chu-Hi" is a lightly sweet, refreshingly crisp hard cider-style drink made from Shinano LIP, a unique apple variety born in Nagano.
While most people know the famous Sun Fuji apple, Shinano LIP is far more limited in production.
Thanks to a special collaboration between JA Zen-Noh Nagano and Takara Shuzo, this rare, wonderfully aromatic apple has been crafted into an exclusive chu-hi.
Sun Fuji apples are typically harvested at the very end of the apple season and are known for their intense sweetness.
In contrast, Shinano LIP is the very first apple of the season, harvested from early August.
Born in Nagano, this variety is prized for its perfect balance of sweetness and acidity—so delicious when eaten fresh, and even better when transformed into a drink.
To elevate the flavor further, this chu-hi is blended with carefully selected barrel-aged shochu.
