そして喜久水酒造もまた長野県飯田市に位置しています。
日本酒作りにおいてとても大切な水ですが、喜久水では非常に希少な【猿庫の泉】の天然水を仕込み水としており、一口喉元を通ると身体に染み渡るように柔らかく優しい飲み心地で、ついつい杯が進んでしまします。

この猿庫の泉・純米吟醸は長野県の公式ご当地キャラクターである【アルクマ】のマスコットデザインを特別にあしらった限定バージョンです。

Kikusui Junmai Ginjo – Brewed with the Legendary Spring “Sarukura no Izumi”

Among Japan’s “Top 100 Exquisite Waters” designated by the Ministry of the Environment, Nagano is home to three exceptional springs.
One of them is Sarukura no Izumi, a pristine spring that wells up at the foot of Mt. Kazakoshi in Iida City, southern Nagano.

Kikusui Brewery, also located in Iida, uses this rare natural water as its brewing water.
