善光寺の名を冠したピュアモルトウイスキー

原酒には五大ウイスキーの聖地、イギリスから取り寄せたモルト原酒と、韮崎蒸留所で蒸留されたモルト原酒に富士山系の伏流水を使用して韮崎蒸留所のチーフブレンダーが特別にブレンデッドしたピュアモルトウイスキーです。
信州らしく焼き林檎や砂糖を煮詰めたような香りを見つけることができ、味わいは柔らかいトロピカル系にほんのりとバニラ、シリアル系のニュアンスも楽しむことができます。

＊長野県最大手の酒販店『酒のスーパータカぎ』様が、山梨県韮崎市にあるサン・フーズ韮崎蒸留所へ依頼し特別に製品化されたオリジナルウイスキーで、その際に弊社滝屋本店も自社取扱分として作っていただきました。

A pure malt whisky named after Zenkoji, one of Nagano’s most iconic landmarks.

This whisky is specially blended by the chief blender at the Nirasaki Distillery, using malt whisky imported from the UK—the birthplace of the world’s five great whiskies—and malt distilled at Nirasaki, combined with pure spring water from the Mt. Fuji region.
True to the spirit of Shinshu, it offers aromas reminiscent of baked apples and caramelized sugar. On the palate, it reveals soft tropical fruit flavors with subtle hints of vanilla and cereal notes.

*This original whisky was specially created at the Sun Foods Nirazaki Distillery in Yamanashi at the request of Sake no Super Takagi, the largest liquor retailer in Nagano Prefecture. Our store, Takiya Honten, also participated in the production for our own exclusive stock.
