原料を蒸溜する際に圧力コントロールを可能にした特殊な蒸溜器を用いて、厳選されたそばと米麹（焼酎麹）のみを使用した本格そば焼酎です。
そばの芳醇な風味がふわりと立ち上り、ストレートからお湯割りまで非常に美味しくいただけるそば焼酎です。

Distilled using a specially designed still that allows precise pressure control, this honkaku (authentic) soba shochu is made exclusively from carefully selected buckwheat and rice koji.
